This project is a work of Art. Designed by James Broderick and Built by World Class Pools & Ricuperos Landscaping in Pittsburgh. There is so much to see here besides the outdoor kitchen and Pool House. (Click-Here to see Video) 

This Cozy Pool Pavilion was designed to match the Architecture on the Main House. This Pavilion is equipped a with Fire Place, Grill and Bar area. Sitting area and Outdoor Living Room. The outdoor kitchen includes an Ice Maker, Refrigerator and Gas Grill. The Pool Area is situated further away from the house then anticipated, due to set backs etc. So we poured a concrete sidewalk that joins the pool area to the house. the customer loads all of their supplies, food and pool attire on a cart with wheels. Then they head on down to the pool for the day!

This Pool Pavilion has an Outdoor Living Room with an Outdoor Television, Refrigerator and Bar. Great Place to Watch the Games!

This is a Home away from Home Pool House. This Pool House is equipped with a full Kitchen including a full size refrigerator, Stove Top, Oven, Win Cooler, Ice maker and Sink. The Changing-room and Bathroom have a full size shower and fully equipped Bathroom. The Nano Sliding doors open up completely so that the inside becomes part of the outside. the covered porch also provides a great place to sit in the shade and watch the kiddos enjoy the pool and waterfall. This Pool House was designed to closely match the architecture and textures of the main house. There is also a full basement in the pool house that is used to house the pool equipment as well as provides great storage area for the tractors etc. It is also used in the winter time to store all of the outdoor pool furniture. 

Finished Pictures are yet to come of this Pool House. This one has an outdoor Fire Place, Kitchen, Grill and Bar area. It also has a full bathroom, Shower and Changing Room. The Changing Room is also equipped with a Washer and Dryer that the customer uses to Keep all the Pool Towels Fresh nd Ready to Go!

Pool Cabana with Fire Place, Outdoor Living Room with a Flat Screen TV. Also Equipped with an Outdoor Kitchen, Grill and Bar area. There is also a unique detached outdoor bathroom with a changing room and shower. Lots of Room to Entertain under this Baby!
